AGI technology provides a "geodynamic" layer to standard geographic information system (GIS) analysis. Using AGI's flagship product, STK, geospatial analysts can calculate the precise locations of dynamic platforms and assets and model sensor motion and fields of view for target acquisition and collection planning. STK can also import geospatial map files from ESRI for analysis; manage terrain and imagery data; and ingest telemetry and tracking data to enhance real-time situational awareness. Being able to fuse geospatial data and asset inter-relationships within a realistic 3-D display provides a unique ability to manage, manipulate, visualize, and analyze imagery and geospatial information to assess a situation and make informed decisions.

In conjunction with the GIS Analyst Extension, STK integrates with ESRI’s ArcGIS engine runtime and enables STK users to connect to any GIS format that ESRI supports. STK leverages the ESRI map document which permits all of the properties of the document to be preserved in the user’s scenario. Users can also select pieces of geospatial data loaded into their scenario and easily create representative STK objects for analysis. GIS Analyst is designed for users who interface heavily with GIS data and those within GIS enterprise environments, such as intelligence collection planners, intelligence analysts, and military planners.
