Use the Insert From City Database tool to select and insert cities as facilities or targets. The city database contains thousands of cities around the world. Individual city information includes the exact location of the city, the type of city and more.
The Insert From City Database tool is available from the Insert menu.
If you load a facility or target using the City database, information for the inserted object appears on the Description page of its Basic properties.
Enter as many search criteria as possible. If you do not know the exact criteria, you can enter a partial name or use the wildcard character *. For example, MOS results in Los Alamos, Okemos, and Moscow. A partial name assumes a wildcard on both ends (*MOS*); MOS* results in Moscow, and *MOS results in Los Alamos and Okemos .

| Province | The name of the Canadian province or US state in which the city is located. |
| Country | The country in which the city is located. |
